Ideas to help with challenging behaviour
The behaviour children show can, at times, be tricky to manage.
Usually this is all age appropriate and we can help you.
Always chat to your child's teacher if you are worried or need support.
The class teacher will share some ideas and give you some strategies. These will usually help and make a difference.
If some further support and advice is needed they may ask our SENDCO, Miss Dawson, or our Family Support Worker, Mrs Delbridge, to contact you.
Occasionally, we may need to link to other agencies. If this is needed we will always talk you through it and support you.
Changes in behaviour can be for so many different reasons; feeling unwell, a change in the family home, something worrying to just name a few. Finding the cause of a change in behaviour means we can help and improve things.
We will share some ideas below that may be useful.
